His experience includes refunding, school project, energy conservation and tax credit financings. David currently works with cities, towns, and districts in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Maine. Outside of his professional life, David has served on Boards in both the local government and non-profit sectors, including the Board of Selectmen of the Town of West Brookfield, Massachusetts and the School Committee (Board of Education) in the Town of Sharon, Massachusetts. David has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts and a Master in Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School.
