WORK_SPACE has 3800 sq. ft. of meeting space consisting of 6 unique meeting venues: 3 conference rooms, 2 seminar rooms, and a large art gallery. We welcome corporations, small businesses, and non-profits to host:

THE MAIN STREET GALLERY
THE MAIN STREET GALLERY is a multi-purpose space located on the first floor of WORK_SPACE and serves as the primary entrance with large panel windows looking out onto Main Street. With rotating art exhibits, movable walls, and over 2000 square feet of floor space, the gallery is an impressive venue that can be adapted for large conferences and more intimate meetings. Connected to the gallery is a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, and counter space for food preparation and beverage service. A media cart and screen can be arranged in various locations depending on the room set-up.
Guest Rates: 1-3 hrs: $175 per hr | 4-5 hrs: $160 per hr | 6+ hrs: $140 per hr (talk to manager for specific details)
Member Rates: 1-3 hrs: $160 per hr | 4-5 hrs: $145 per hr | 6+ hrs: $125 per hr
The Main Street Gallery accommodates up to 75 people seated in chairs with desk arms, 50 ppl around 6-ft tables and 125 people for a reception-style set-up with some cocktail tables.

SEMINAR ROOM 1: This spacious room on the 1st floor features rotating art displays that inspire creative energy and productivity. It can accommodate up to 30 people in rows facing the front, with fewer guests for U-shape or conference setups. The room is equipped with a two mounted whiteboards, a 70-inch TV monitor with HDMI connectivity, and a portable Polycom webcam and speaker system for seamless Zoom meetings (available by reservation for no additional fee.) WiFi and parking are included, with rates starting at $75, and discounts available for extended or multi-session bookings.

A portable Polycom webcam and speaker system for seamless Zoom meetings (available by reservation.) WiFi and parking are included, with rates starting at $75, and discounts available for extended or multi-session bookings.

CONFERENCE ROOM 1: Located on the 1st floor, this executive conference room accommodates up to 14 people around a large wooden table. Enjoy natural light from five windows, original artwork on the walls, and modern amenities like a 60-inch wall-mounted TV monitor, easy laptop connectivity, and a spacious whiteboard. A portable Polycom webcam and speaker system are available for seamless Zoom meetings. WiFi and parking are included, with rates starting at $50, and discounts available for extended or multi-session bookings.

CONFERENCE ROOM 2
Includes photographer’s backdrop for easy transformation into a studio.
CONFERENCE ROOM 2: Located on the 2nd floor, this flexible meeting space offers natural light from three external windows and an internal window overlooking our coworking area. The room features versatile drop-leaf tables that can be configured as a conference setup, arranged in rows, or pushed back to create an open area—ideal for custom layouts. It’s also perfect for photo shoots, equipped with dark shades to control lighting and a roll-down photographer’s backdrop. The space accommodates 10 people around the tables and up to 18 people in rows. Additional amenities include a large mounted whiteboard, a TV monitor with HDMI connectivity, and a shelf to hold our portable Polycom webcam and speaker system, ensuring everyone is seen and heard during Zoom meetings. WiFi and parking are included, with rates starting at $50, and discounts available for extended or multi-session bookings.
*WORK_SPACE members receive 6-8 complimentary hours of meeting space in Conference Rooms 2 &/or 3 with their monthly membership as well as a much-reduced rate for additional hours.

A portable Polycom webcam and speaker system is available by reservation for seamless Zoom meetings. WiFi and parking are included, with rates starting at $50, and discounts available for extended or multi-session bookings.
