WORK_SPACE has 3800 sq. ft. of meeting space consisting of 6 unique meeting venues: 3 conference rooms, 2 seminar rooms, and a large art gallery. We welcome corporations, small businesses, and non-profits to host:

THE MAIN STREET GALLERY

THE MAIN STREET GALLERY is a multi-purpose space located on the first floor of WORK_SPACE and serves as the primary entrance with large panel windows looking out onto Main Street. With rotating art exhibits, movable walls, and over 2000 square feet of floor space, the gallery is an impressive venue that can be adapted for large conferences and more intimate meetings. Connected to the gallery is a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, and counter space for food preparation and beverage service. A media cart and screen can be arranged in various locations depending on the room set-up.

Guest Rates:     1-3 hrs: $175 per hr | 4-5 hrs: $160 per hr | 6+ hrs: $140 per hr (talk to manager for specific details)
Member Rates: 1-3 hrs: $160 per hr | 4-5 hrs: $145 per hr | 6+ hrs: $125 per hr

The Main Street Gallery accommodates up to 75 people seated in chairs with desk arms, 50 ppl around 6-ft tables and 125 people for a reception-style set-up with some cocktail tables.

SEMINAR ROOM 1 is a spacious seminar-style room located in the center of the first floor. The technology available in seminar 1 includes: projector system, visual presenter, whiteboard, and laptop computer. This space can fit up to 30 individuals in a variety of formats including 6-foot tables with chairs arranged in rows, a U-shape, or conference table layout or we can offer you rolling chairs with desk arms to arrange in ways that best fit your needs.

SEMINAR ROOM 2 is a spacious seminar-style room located in the rear of the 1st floor with a wall of windows providing natural light. The technology available in seminar 2 includes: a smart-board, projector system, whiteboard, and laptop computer. This space can fit up to 30 individuals in a variety of formats including 6-foot tables with chairs arranged in rows, a U-shape, or conference table layout or we can offer you rolling chairs with desk arms to arrange in ways that best fit your needs.

CONFERENCE ROOM 1

CONFERENCE ROOM 1 is an Executive Conference Room located in the rear of the first floor that receives natural light from 5 windows across 2 walls. It accommodates 14 people around a large wooden table and is furnished with a wall-mounted monitor, cable connections for laptops and tablets, and a large white board.

Member rates: 1-3 hrs: $25 per hr / 4+ hrs: $20 per hr 

CONFERENCE ROOM 2

Includes photographer’s backdrop for easy transformation into a studio.

CONFERENCE ROOM 2 is a flexible meeting space located on the 2nd floor with an internal window facing our coworking space and 3 windows on the external wall allowing for natural light. This space has drop leaf tables that can be set-up as a conference table, in multiple rows, or pushed back to create open space such as for a photo-shoot. The room accommodates up to 18 people depending on the arrangement.

*WORK_SPACE members receive 6-8 complimentary hours of meeting space in Conference Rooms 2 &/or 3 with their monthly membership as well as a much-reduced rate for additional hours.

CONFERENCE ROOM 3

CONFERENCE ROOM 3 is a traditional-style conference room on the 2nd floor that comfortably seats 10 around a conference table. The room includes a 65” monitor with cable connections for laptops/tablets, a large mounted white board and a counter top to set-up food and beverages.

*WORK_SPACE members receive 6-8 complimentary hours of meeting space in Conference Rooms 2 &/or 3 with their monthly membership as well as a much reduced rate for additional hours.
