THE DEHN GALLERY

THE DEHN GALLERY is a muti-purpose space located on the first floor of WORK_SPACE and serves as the primary entrance with large panel windows looking out onto Main Street. With rotating art exhibits, movable walls, and over 2000 square feet of floor space, the gallery is an impressive venue that can be adapted for large conferences and more intimate meetings. Seated at tables and chairs, the gallery accommodates up to 75 people, for a reception-style set-up with low and high cocktail tables we can host a group of 125. Connected to the gallery is a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, counter space for food preparation and beverage service. A media cart and screen can be set-up in various locations depending on the room set-up.

SEMINAR ROOM 1

SEMINAR ROOM 1 is a spacious Seminar-Style Room located in the center of the first floor. The technology available in seminar 1 includes: a smart podium, projector system, visual presenter, whiteboard, and laptop computer. This space can fit up to 30 individuals in a variety of formats including 6-foot tables with chairs arranged in rows, a U-shape, or conference table layout or we can offer you rolling chairs with desk arms to arrange in ways that best fit your needs.

SEMINAR ROOM 2 is a spacious seminar-style room located in the rear of the 1st floor with a wall of windows providing natural light. The technology available in seminar 2 includes: a smart-board, projector system, whiteboard, and laptop computer. This space can fit up to 30 individuals in a variety of formats including 6-foot tables with chairs arranged in rows, a U-shape, or conference table layout or we can offer you rolling chairs with desk arms to arrange in ways that best fit your needs.

CONFERENCE ROOM 1

CONFERENCE ROOM 1 is an Executive Conference Room located in the rear of the first floor that receives natural light from 5 windows across 2 walls. It accommodates 14 people around a large wooden table and is furnished with a wall-mounted monitor, cable connections for laptops and tablets, and a large white board.

Guest rates: 3 hrs or less: $50 per hr / over 3 hrs: $45 per hr
Member rates: 3 hrs or less: $45 per hr / over 3 hrs: $40 per hr

CONFERENCE ROOM 3

CONFERENCE ROOM 2 is a flexible meeting space located on the 2nd floor with an internal window facing our coworking space and 3 windows on the external wall allowing for natural light. This space has drop leaf tables that can be set-up as a conference table, in multiple rows, or pushed back to create open space. The room accommodates 14-18 people depending on the arrangement.

*WORK_SPACE members receive 6 complimentary hours of meeting space in Conference Rooms 2 &/or 3 with their monthly membership as well as a much-reduced rate for additional hours.

CONFERENCE ROOM 3

CONFERENCE ROOM 3 is a traditional-style conference room on the 2nd floor that comfortably seats 10 around a conference table. The room includes a 65” monitor with cable connections for laptops/tablets, a large mounted white board and a counter top to set-up food and beverages.

*WORK_SPACE members receive 6 complimentary hours of meeting space in Conference Rooms 2 &/or 3 with their monthly membership as well as a much reduced rate for additional hours.

Catering and Food Service

Any food or beverage brought into the facility must be sealed and pre-packaged, or provided by a licensed caterer or establishment, and any remaining items or food associated with the event must be removed immediately after the event. Downtown Manchester hosts a diverse landscape of thriving restaurants; we are always happy to make a recommendation.
